3D makes it better, other than that..... 8/15/2014
    Vin from Long Beach, CA.

I'm not sure the director of this movie (Paul S. Anderson) knows exactly where he wants to go artistically or how to handle this movie. The film begins with a great opening sequence in Tokyo but rather than delving deep into what could have been something very intriguing, he decides to shift to action, stunts, and CGI and continues until a certain scene involving a plane crash. Now, as if all of the action and unrealistic stunts weren't enough, it seems that both passengers also manage to surviv

    Great@ 7/7/2011

I loved the movie! I've been following the Resident Evil movies since the first one came out. I've loved them all, and this one is no exception. The plot was good, the effects were stellar, as always, and the acting was superb. My only complaint about the movie was that because it was shot for 3D, the action sequences rely heavily on the 3D aspect of the film, and without the 3D, the action sequences are detracted from by it. I don't like 3D; that's just my personal opinion, and I think that the action sequences in this movie suffer because there are parts of them that are obviously made for 3D, and without the 3D aspect, they seem to lack somewhat in punch compared to the others.
